About the Client
GPG Trade Network Limited operates as a trading and distribution company, managing inventory, sales, and financial operations across multiple locations, with coordination between local operations in Cameroon and financial oversight from abroad.
Prior to our intervention, the company relied on:
- Excel-based accounting records (2024 – 2026)
- Sage Accounting (partially configured)
- A separate inventory management system
This fragmented setup created inconsistencies, lack of integration, and limited financial reliability.
Context
The company needed to:
- Structure its accounting system properly in Sage
- Migrate and clean historical financial data
- Align financial records with OHADA accounting standards
- Ensure readiness for official financial statement preparation (DSF)
PROFFEST was engaged to rebuild the accounting system from the ground up, ensure compliance, and produce clean, reliable accounting data ready for certification.

- System Configuration (Sage Accounting)
